Drift User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Drift application ("App"), an innovative time perspective tool, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App.

2. Description of Service

Drift provides features including the "Regret Medicine Simulator" (powered by AI to simulate future life scenarios) and "Time Perspective Method" to help users alleviate decision anxiety. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be of legal age to use the App, or have parental/guardian consent if under legal age.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your use of the App.
• You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Drift (including but not limited to AI algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and software) are the exclusive property of Drift's developers and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Drift is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages related to decision-making based on the App's simulations.

6. Modifications to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach this Agreement.
